ANALYZE & UNDERSTANDING REQUIREMENTS
We take time to understand the projects and roles to ensure we identify the best people for the job.

MARKET MAP & SHORTLIST
We map and analysis the market space in order to create a targeted plan and efficient path to a shortlist of candidates.

INTERVIEW & SELECTION
Each candidate goes through a four-stage interview process with a final technical interview by our internal construction leadership team comprised of industry veterans. We present our shortlist, coordinate interviews and provide a profile and assessment of each candidate’s competency.

LEAD NEGOTIATIONS & ONBOARDING
Once a preferred candidate has been identified, we support offer negotiations and onboarding. Additionally, we will stay involved in all administration requirements to ensuring a smooth and seamless transition. We provide aftercare for three months post placement, including regular check-ins with clients and hiring managers.
